These terms of service govern the use of Bisa Platform for all users — students, mentors, tutoring partners, and agents. Please read carefully before registering.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and using Bisa Platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Bisa Platform, domiciled in Indonesia. Use is subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
2. Account & Eligibility
Users must be at least 13 years old. For users under 18, registration requires parental / guardian consent.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activity on your account. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in suspension.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium and Platinum plans are available in monthly and annual cycles. Payment is charged at the start of the period and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the due date.
Prices exclude 11% VAT. VAT is calculated after any discount and rounded down in accordance with DJP rules.
Payment methods: bank transfer, QRIS, e-wallet, credit card, and 0% installments for annual plans via OJK-registered financial partners.
4. Refunds & Cancellation
Cancellation can be done at any time. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
A proportional partial refund is available for annual plans within the first 14 days if no more than 5 tryouts have been completed. Refunds outside this period apply only via a Platinum Pass Guarantee claim.
Platinum Pass Guarantee: if a participant completes ≥30 tryouts and follows the entire curriculum but fails to reach the official CPNS SKD passing grade, the subscription fee is refunded 100% after verification.
5. Content & Intellectual Property Rights
All question banks, materials, videos, and analytics are the property of Bisa Platform or its licensed partners. Reproduction, redistribution, or scraping is prohibited without written permission.
Content you create (notes, forum posts, custom flashcard decks) remains yours. By publishing it, you grant Bisa a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the Service.
6. Prohibited Use
Prohibited: (a) using bots/scripts to complete tryouts, (b) selling or sharing accounts, (c) publishing original questions outside the Service, (d) manipulating leaderboard statistics, (e) using the Service for illegal activities.
Violations may result in account suspension without refund and/or legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bisa provides high-quality exam preparation but does not guarantee passing official exams. Actual exam results are determined by many factors beyond our control.
The Service is provided "as is". Bisa's maximum liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the last 6 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We may change these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email & in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are resolved by deliberation; failing that, through the South Jakarta District Court.
